Site Selection Consultants Panel featured at October Monthly Luncheon sponsored by the Middle Georgia Economic Alliance.
The October GEDA meeting was held at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center on October 19. The consultants’ panel focused on international site selection and included Marc Beauchamp, Vice President & Partner, The CAI Global Group; James Blair, Managing Director, Navigator Consulting, LLC.; Scott McMurray, Division Director, Global Commerce, Georgia Department of Economic Development. The deadline is Nov. 15, 2015. CEcD Exam Tips and TechniquesSession – the Professional Development Committee members and other Certified Economic Developers (CEcD's) are hosting this event after the GEDA monthly meeting on Monday, November 16th. This session will be held in the Electric Cities of Georgia (ECG) boardroom in Suite 850 at the Centergy One building (75 Fifth St., NW) from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. It will help those taking the CEcD exam to be aware of what to expect. It is open to anyone, not just those taking the CEcD exam on December 12-13. However, please send an email to Saralyn Stafford or Kevin Shea to confirm your attendance so the committee can accommodate everyone who would like to attend.
