The Brokers program was held on June 15th at the Twelve Atlantic Station Hotel. Chip Watson, Principal with Avison Young, and Chris Brown, Senior Vice President, Duke Realty, shared their wisdom about working with Economic Developers. Some of their message was to have good communication, know the team members, have a plan to take care of the brokers and verify your information. Thanks to Wylly Harrison, Senior Project Manager with the Georgia Department of Economic Development, for coordinating the program and introducing our speakers. Thanks also to Lindsay Martin, Director, Existing Industry and Regional Recruitment Team, for providing the GDEcD update.
